After installing Windows XP SP2, the CompleteView server will no longer respond to client requests. This is due to Microsoft disabling non-authenticated RPC connections during the installation of SP2.
Salient has developed a utility which will re-enable non-authenticated RPC connections for a PC that has SP2 installed.
