Understands basic networking and the use of static and dynamic IP addressing.
Understands Power Over Ethernet (PoE).
Is familiar with the operation and management of devices that will be attached to the Red3 switch, such as cameras and how to configure them.
Is a competent user of MS Windows.
Is familiar with CompleteView VMS.
